Gym: BFP
Owner: Joseph Rouse
Before: Local shop (family connection) — cheap but unreliable delivery timelines industry-wide
After: Consistent communication, on-time delivery, top notch product every time

The Problem
Joseph had something most gym owners don't: a cheap apparel option through a family connection at a local shop. The pricing was hard to beat. But price isn't everything — especially when the rest of the industry had conditioned him to expect missed deadlines and poor communication.
"Most apparel companies don't deliver when they say they will and I didn't want to deal with that again."
When you've been burned by late deliveries — promising your members their gear by a certain date and then scrambling to explain why it's not there — you start to value reliability over everything else.
The Switch
Joseph heard about Forever Fierce through Two-Brain. The designs and the convenience drew him in the first time. But what brought him back and kept him coming back was something simpler.
"What made me initially try to switch was the convenience of having designs to choose from if needed. What made me come back was partially the designs, but mostly the consistency in customer service and timeliness. Prices are reasonable as well."
His main fear going in was price — he had that cheap family option to compare against. But as the process unfolded, the fast communication put him at ease.
"As we went through, the constant and fast communication eased my mind."
The Result
Joseph still uses his family's local shop occasionally. But Forever Fierce became his primary apparel partner because of one thing: consistency.
"Consistency in communication has always been great and remains so. Product is top notch each time. Again the timeliness or dedication to being on time is huge as well. All has been consistently great and remains that way."
His advice is straightforward: "They always deliver on time, their prices are fair, and the customer service is fast and helpful. So, there's nothing to lose."
